The Black Diamond website does not give the frequency range of these radios. Even the downloadable owners manual does not specify the frequency band or discuss the need of FCC licensure. Someone who knows how to deal in the American two-way radio market needs to correct the lack of frequency and licensure information on ALL types of radio info. media.
